Orders & pickup
Pre-orders close every Friday at midnight Eastern. All orders are for pickup at Camperdown Plaza in downtown Greenville the following Thursday between 10 AM and 6 PM. We don't ship — South Carolina's Home-Based Food Production Law restricts sales to in-state pickup only.
Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order until the Friday-midnight deadline. After that, your bake is already in motion. Reach out if circumstances change — Caroline is reasonable about working with you.
Allergens & home-kitchen disclosure
Processed and prepared by a home-based food production operation that is not subject to South Carolina's food safety regulations.
Allergens are listed on every product. We bake in a shared home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and seeds — please review each product's allergen list carefully if you have a serious allergy.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sticker prices include the card processing fee — what you see is what you pay (plus South Carolina sales tax calculated automatically at checkout).
Missed pickup
If you can't make Thursday's window, reply to your confirmation email and we'll do our best to arrange next-day pickup. Baked goods left more than 24 hours past the pickup window may not be reservable for a re-pickup.
