Our story

Meet Caroline.

“I've loved baking for as long as I can remember — pies at Thanksgiving with my mom, Christmas cookies laid out by the tree.”

The whole process relaxes me, and nothing makes me happier than sharing what comes out of the oven with the people I love. Whether it's waiting for feedback on a new recipe or making a fan favorite, the response never disappoints.

I'm so excited to take what's been a lifelong passion and share it with the Greenville community. Every batch is made by hand, with real ingredients, and a whole lot of love.

She bakes far more than what's on the list.

Croissants, focaccia, shortbread, sticky buns — a few favorites from past bakes. If you want something you don't see, just ask her.
