Small batch baking,
made with love

Caroline has been perfecting her chocolate chip cookie since she was a kid at her mom's counter. Today she bakes cookies, bars, and sourdough to order in Greenville, with the best ingredients she can find. Tell her what you're craving and she'll take it from there.

The chocolate chip cookieSince the beginning

Twenty years in the making.

It started on a recipe card at her mom's counter, and it never really stopped. A little more brown sugar one year. A longer rest in the fridge the next. Real butter and nothing else. Flaky salt at the very end. Twenty years of small decisions later, it's the cookie people in Greenville ask for by name, and the standard everything else she bakes is held to.

What goes in, and why

Real butter

Never margarine, never shortening. It's why the edges go golden and the middle stays soft.

Real chocolate

Proper chocolate, and plenty of it. You should hit some in every bite.

Real vanilla

Vanilla extract, not imitation. It's a small thing you can taste.

Flaky sea salt

A pinch on top at the very end, so sweet and salt land in the same breath.

Nothing artificial

No preservatives, no shortcuts. Every product lists exactly what's in it.

Our story

Meet Caroline.

“I've loved baking for as long as I can remember. Pies at Thanksgiving with my mom, Christmas cookies laid out by the tree.”

That's still what this is. Not a storefront and not a production line. One person, one oven, and the feeling of handing someone a warm box and watching their face.

Everything here is made by hand in small batches, with real ingredients and the kind of attention you can only give when you're making a few dozen, not a few thousand. It's the care in the name, and it's the only way she knows how to do it.

She bakes far more than what's on the list.

Croissants, focaccia, shortbread, sticky buns — a few favorites from past bakes. If you want something you don't see, just ask her.
