Our Story

Meet Caroline

I've loved baking for as long as I can remember. From baking pies at Thanksgiving with my mom to preparing Christmas cookies to lay out by the tree.

The whole process relaxes me and brings me so much joy when I can share the baked goods with friends and family. Whether it's waiting for feedback on a new recipe or making a fan favorite, the response never disappoints.

I'm so excited to take what's been a lifelong passion and share it with the Greenville community. Every batch is made by hand, with real ingredients, and a whole lot of love.

How does ordering work?

Each week we post a fresh menu. Place your pre-order before Friday at midnight, and pick up the following Thursday between 10 AM and 6 PM at Camperdown Plaza in downtown Greenville.

What if something sells out?

Our bakes are small batch, so items can sell out fast. Order early in the week to guarantee your picks.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely. Use the custom order form on this page and Caroline will be in touch within 48 hours.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Each product's allergen list is shown on the menu — please review carefully if you have a serious allergy. We bake in a shared home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and seeds.

Cancellation policy?

You can modify or cancel up until the Friday midnight deadline. After that, your bake is already in motion.
